Capital Support Services consistently invest in Vertical cleaning technology and design bespoke drop plans for every job, enabling us to report on fabric and cradle systems in live time. This information is transferred by cloud-based solutions directly to our Help desk systems.
Capital Vertical team, directly employs and self-delivers all vertical works. Our team are amongst the most experienced and highly trained in the industry this brings huge commitment and safety to our window cleaning operations. We have our own abseilers and use a variety of equipment including reach and wash systems, ropes, MEWPS, cradles and BMUs.
Our planning is meticulous. The Team uses our live weather app for weather and wind speeds days in advance so they can plan tasks and schedule safely and effectively and keep clients up to date. All RAMS are monitored, and checked before works start to ensure they are up to date and relevant. Anemometers are used to check wind speed and work will be postponed if winds are too high or if the temperature is forecast to be too cold or too hot. Part of the planning is to have a down time plan, which we feel is just as important, thus looking at efficiencies. Our teams quite easily fall in a Horizontal role, to support other teams when needed.
Our window cleaning team is IT literate and able to record and report in real-time using our cloud-based systems, and complete Access Logbooks. The Team provide equipment pre user checks and sign off as per to the standard BS 6037. Where necessary we use the most innovative GO Pro technology to take live footage of situations that need to be seen by our clients or as a tool to support our teams as a training resource.
